Terms and Conditions

All orders for products accepted by AUSTRALIAN LABS are subject to these terms and conditions. Any person placing orders for goods/

products at AUSTRALIAN LABS is bound by these terms and conditions.

Prices

The prices are current and AUSTRALIAN LABS will try and maintain these prices specified, however AUSTRALIAN LABS reserves the right to change the

price of any item without notice. All prices exclude GST and the customer must pay any applicable GST in addition to the specified

price.

Any price quoted by AUSTRALIAN LABS in writing is valid for 30 days from the date of offer.

Payment

Payment is to be made by Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit to bank account prior to delivery.

Order Delivery

AUSTRALIAN LABS will endeavor to deliver all orders within the mentioned working days unless otherwise specified. If the order cannot be

delivered within the committed period, AUSTRALIAN LABS will contact the customer via email or via phone to advise on a more accurate

delivery time. Order delivery times vary depending on stock availability.

Product

With constant sourcing of product and rapid developments in the industry, AUSTRALIAN LABS is always reviewing its product range. AUSTRALIAN LABS

 reserves the right to discontinue any product or to change its design at any time. AUSTRALIAN LABS will not be held liable for

failure to supply any product at any time.

Product Stock

AUSTRALIAN LABS holds product stock in Sydney, NSW, Australia. Products may need to be ordered in from networked suppliers to then

be distributed via our warehouse depending on the stock availability.

Orders

AUSTRALIAN LABS reserves the right to decline trade with any company or person. AUSTRALIAN LABS will use reasonable endeavors to meet

delivery estimates but in no circumstance will it be liable to compensate the customer for non-delivery or late delivery.

Delivery

The customers freight is charged as per the weight of the item and as per the rates supplied by our shipping partner. A small fee

will be charged to each order to cover packing and handling costs. This packing fee varies as per the size of the item.

Returns of Faulty or Broken Items Products

AUSTRALIAN LABS must be notified within 7 days if any faulty or broken product or item has been received. If notification is made within

the 7 day period, an exchange or swap can be made for a new item or product. Claims made after the 7 day period cannot be

swapped or exchanged. AUSTRALIAN LABS does not cover the freight costs for any returned items. Items must be returned at your cost.

Warranty

AUSTRALIAN LABS will endeavor to transfer to the customer the benefits of any warranty or guarantee given to it by the manufacturer.
